After suffering for years from chronic back pain and fibromyalgia, Raginae was fed up with the horrific side effects of steroids and pain medications. She decided to take a more holistic approach to healing which included Pilates. The results were remarkable. After just a few months of practicing Pilates she discontinued all pain medications and steroids, dropped 20 pounds & three sizes, and her back feels better than is has in years. The results were so dramatic that she decided to obtain her Pilates certification from the prestigious IM=X studios in NYC to help others experience the Power of Pilates.
